Shipping policy

Pre-orders

Every order placed now is a pre-order. You are charged in full at checkout, and pre-orders are expected to ship in early 2027. Orders ship in the order they were placed, and we email you a tracking number the day your order leaves. If the expected ship date changes, we email you with the new estimate, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Shipping cost

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your address and the shipping option you choose at checkout. Your tracking number shows the latest estimate.

Customs and import duties

Orders delivered outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by local authorities and paid by the recipient.

Delivery address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If it needs to change, email us before your order ships and we will update it.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email simplesipinfo@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier and send you a replacement.
