Refund policy

Pre-orders

Simple Sip is on pre-order. You are charged in full when you place your order, and pre-orders are expected to ship in early 2027. You can cancel a pre-order for any reason at any time before it ships by emailing simplesipinfo@gmail.com, and we refund the full amount to your original payment method. If the expected ship date changes, we email you with the new estimate, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Returns

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email simplesipinfo@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send you a replacement.

Ordered the wrong adapter size?

Before your order ships, you can cancel it for a full refund and order the right size. After delivery, return the unused adapter as described above and place a new order for the size you need.

Customers in the EU and UK

If your order is delivered to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

Refunds

We email you once we have received and inspected your return and tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card company may take a few days to process and post the refund.
