Why: to load the Site correctly for you and to understand how the Site is used so we can improve it.

Order information
What we collect: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address and phone number.
Why: to fulfill your pre-order or order, process your payment, arrange shipping, send order confirmations and updates (including any change to the expected ship date), screen orders for fraud and, where you have agreed, tell you about our products.
How: collected from you at checkout.
Shared with: Shopify, our payment providers and the carriers that deliver your order.
Waitlist and contact form
If you join our waitlist, we keep your email address and use it only to write to you about Simple Sip, such as when pre-orders open or when the first batch ships. If you use our contact form or email us, we use your details only to answer your message. You can ask us to remove your email address at any time.
Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Sharing personal information
We share your personal information with service providers that help us run the store and fulfill your orders, as described above. We use Shopify to power our online store. We use Shopify analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure our advertising.
